Do I need to visit the center physically for services?
No. Most services are available with doorstep assistance. After you book online or call us, our representative will visit your location to collect documents and complete the process.
How can I book a service or appointment?

Is E Seva Abhiyaan authorized by the government?
Yes, E Seva Abhiyaan is a government-authorized CSC and Aaple Sarkar Seva Kendra, providing verified and transparent services under the Digital India mission.
What documents are required for PAN or Aadhaar services?
Generally, for PAN: Aadhar card, photo, and date of birth proof. For Aadhaar: Address proof, ID proof, and biometric verification. Our team will guide you exactly as per the service selected.
How long does it take to get my documents or card delivered?
Delivery timelines vary by service. PVC and laminated cards usually take 3–7 working days, while government certificates may take 7–15 working days depending on official processing time.
What if I lose my PAN or Aadhaar card? Can I get a duplicate?
Yes. We provide services for lost PAN or Aadhaar cards, including duplicate reissue and smart card printing. Just contact us with basic details, and we’ll assist you.
Do I need original documents for application?
Yes. Original documents may be required for verification or scanning. In most cases, a clear PDF/photo is sufficient, but our representative will confirm exact requirements.
Can I apply for multiple services in one appointment?
Absolutely. You can select multiple services (e.g., PAN + Ayushman + Ration Card) and our representative will help you with all of them in one visit.
Is there any registration or consultation fee?
No. We offer free consultation and transparent pricing. You only pay for the service availed. Some government services may include official charges, which are clearly explained in advance.
Can I get financial services like loans and credit cards through E Seva Abhiyaan?
Yes. We help you apply for zero-balance bank accounts, personal loans, credit cards, and Demat accounts — all with onboarding support and zero processing fees.
How can I track the status of my application?
Once your application is submitted, you’ll receive a reference ID. You can check the status by calling or WhatsApping us, or using the “Track Application” option on our website.
Can you help me with filing my income tax return (ITR)?
Yes. We assist in filing business and salaried ITRs, revised returns, and TDS refunds. You can submit your documents online or hand them to our pickup representative.
Is doorstep document pickup available in all areas?
Currently, doorstep service is available across Mumbai and nearby regions. For remote areas, we offer online document submission support through WhatsApp or Email.
What if there is a mistake in my printed card/document?
If the mistake is from our side, we’ll reissue the card/document for free. If it’s due to wrong information provided, we’ll guide you for a correction and reapply as needed.
Are your services available on weekends and holidays?
Yes. We operate 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, including public holidays, unless there are unavoidable closures (e.g., government holidays).
Can senior citizens avail services at home?
Definitely. We are senior-citizen friendly and prioritize doorstep services for them. Our agents are trained to assist elderly applicants with care and patience.
Do I need to pay in advance?
Some services require upfront payment, especially those involving government portals. For other services, payment is collected after verification or completion.
